Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
- *Provide onboarding and continuous training for Slot Operations and Slot Performance team members. Present and facilitate training using a variety of instructional techniques and formats in face-to-face classroom sessions.
- *Develop and evaluate training curriculum, working closely with other departments such as Compliance, Security, and Cage as needed. Monitor training for quality and effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- *Design, create, and maintain Slot training materials, manuals, tools, and aids.
- *Investigate and develop alternative methods of training delivery including but not limited to on-the-job instruction and web-based or multimedia-based learning.
- *Issue and maintain records of training certifications in compliance with current regulations, including documentation of training required by specific departments such as Emergency Evacuation, Title 31, and Security training.
- *Assist in carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
- *Compile and analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations to department management regarding training needs and slot guest service issues.
- Assist all departments with Slot related questions and training.
- Assist in resolving guest questions or concerns.
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
