- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field and two (2) years database marketing and analysis experience or five (5) years or more of database marketing and analysis experience.
- Two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Two (2) years of casino experience preferred.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access. Experience in database structure and creating queries is required. Structured Query Language (SQL) or IGT Advantage or other experience in relational database software preferred.
- Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents such as financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform the required job duties.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
- While performing the duties of this job the team member frequently is required to stand, sit and walk. The team member is regularly required to talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor the noise level increases and it is not smoke free.
