While carrying out the job duties listed below, the Slot Performance Technician 3 contributes to our continued business success by providing unsurpassed guest service, personal and professional dedication to our Mission, Vision, and Values, and demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
1. *Responsible for handling all install and conversion, initial set-up, and check out of slot machines and signage.
2. *Responsible for breaking down, relocation, and reset up of machines and stands to be relocated.
3. *Responsible for initial install of slot accounting system components and communication.
4. *Perform initial verification of new software upon arrival.
5. *Assist in ensuring machine integrity when jackpots occur and at other times requested.
6. Perform slot machine RAM clears/key chip and set-up of options as needed.
7. Maintain slot machine install documents.
8. Maintain knowledge of and ensure full compliance of gaming laws (federal, tribal, and state) and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
9. Provide exceptional service to our guests and employees when performing job duties and conduct oneself in a professional and businesslike manner to reflect the Casino high standard of excellence.
10. Maintain an acceptable consistent, regular attendance record.
11. Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
12. Other duties as assigned.
