In order to apply for and be eligible for any transfer or promotion outside of his or her existing department, Team Members must have:
- Completed six months in their current position,
- Must have at least 3 more attendance credits (this includes available credits between the time of the transfer request and the effective date of the transfer), and
- Have a record free from suspension or final warning within the past 12 months unless approved by the Vice President of Human Resources
Note - The six-month requirement does not apply to intra-department transfers. Experience, length of service, performance evaluations and attendance records
will be factors considered when selecting candidates for transfer or promotion.
