Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least two years of related work experience. At least three years of experience in Casino, Hospitality and/or Entertainment industries; or other high volume, complex, and demanding customer oriented IT environments may be substituted for education.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and/or, other related technical certification desirable.
- Experienced in Active Directory 2008/2012
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cluster Environment, HA, System Redundancy
- Experience with system performance tuning.
- Must be an expert in troubleshooting technology issues.
- Must have security experience, including PCI, HIPPA and SOX experience.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products in an enterprise environment.
- Must have proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
- Must have working technical knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards.
- Must have experience with core software applications; including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, and other collaboration software.
- Must have support experience with enterprise server & storage hardware (e.g., IBM, HP SAN/NAS).
- Must have working technical knowledge of ISA, IIS, FTP, Tivoli Archive & Backup, Anti-Virus/Spam protection (Sophos, Barracuda E-Mail filter), Imaging (WDS, MDT)
- Must have working knowledge of network and PC operating systems; hands on in-depth knowledge of MS Windows Server 2008-2016, Linux, GPO, Active Directory and VMWare.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
