Job Description

1. Greets guests appropriately, welcomes them to the Hotel, and pleasantly escorts them to their room(s). 2. Always handles and transports guest luggage in a cautious, conscientious manner to avoid damage to luggage or contents. 3. Always informs guests of the Hotel services offered and effectively communicates room features. 4. Effectively answers any questions guests may have. 5. Properly stores luggage for guests. 6. Assists doorman when needed. 7. Promptly answers telephone calls at the bell desk.

Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. 2. Must have experience in a guest contact position. 3. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Prior experience as a Bell Person preferred. 5. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. 6. Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
