Digital E-commerce Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Director of Enterprise Marketing, develop and execute digital strategies for new and existing brands to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new guests, increase guest retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Plan strategies to drive increased online traffic to the company’s websites and measure incremental volume growth and revenue per guest.
  • Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches.
  • Track conversion rates and make continual content and ecommerce improvements to the website resulting in increased revenue.  Craft and deliver web analyses, along with opportunistic recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns collaboratively with the Brand Planner and CRM Manager utilizing a range of techniques including remarketing, paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Manage company website redesigns and content curation to consistently meet the needs of guests while improving the usability, design, and conversion rates of Oneida Nation Enterprises websites.
  • Evaluate guest research, market conditions and competitor data.  Initiate web-based surveys to determine the needs and perceptions of guests and potential guests that drive brand affinity, increased revenue and upsell/ cross-sell opportunities.
  • Review new technologies to keep ONE at the forefront of web technology developments and digital marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns including promotional programs, digital communications, CRM and sales support.
  • Manage marketing costs and budgets as assigned for respective Resort and Enterprise business units.
  • Maintain external professional relationships to assure specialized expertise and development.
  • Manage a team to include: recruitment, mentoring, project management, professional development and performance evaluation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of working experience in website management, online marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Previous experience in similar digital role.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license as required for Oneida Nation Enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy– highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team; ability to manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors.
  • Computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing) including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics or others
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
