Accommodations Correspondent

Job Description

1. Continually provides prompt and courteous service when answering guest emails; forwarding questions to the appropriate departments for further servicing, while following departmental procedures. 2. Has working knowledge of LMS system, to be able to research guest inquiries and give accurate responses to questions. 3. Continually maintains current knowledge of upcoming Turning Stone events and promotions and communicates details effectively to guests. 4 Promptly and accurately logs all information regarding correspondence, and performs other office duties as determined by the supervisor and/or manager. These duties include, but are not limited to, typing, filing, handling of marketing mailings, etc. 5. Demonstrates the ability to back up the Accommodations department when volume demands on PBX, using approved departmental procedures. 6. Builds good working relationships with other departments to allow ease in corresponding to guest inquiries. 7. Demonstrates the ability to work with the Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

Job Requirements

1. Must have high school diploma or GED. 2. Prior computer experience required. Must have strong Word and Excel user knowledge. 3. Must be able to type 30 wpm. 4. Must possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. 5. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. 6. Prior hotel experience is preferred. 7. Must possess strong organizational skills.
