JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position reporting to the CIO will work in partnership with business and clinical executives/managers to best utilize information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business systems operations within OHH, including financial, human resources, and supply chain management. This position is directly responsible for the strategy, planning, deployment and management of the hospital’s Oracle/People Soft Enterprise Resource Planning solution and related subsystems.   

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Functional knowledge and/or experience in one or more of these areas within a healthcare environment is preferred.  A Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a closely related field or equivalent experience is required. Experience with PeopleSoft or a similar ERP type solution is preferred with demonstrated skills in solving business problems with technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, including the ability to gather, document and communicate business requirements and manage projects and teams of varying size and complexity.

Manager/Director level, commensurate with experience.
