Guest Service Supervisor


The Reservations and Guest Service Supervisor supports and assist the Manger in general day-to-day functions and operations of reservations, telephone and guest service agents.   Also plays a part in contributing to the revenue growth of the hotel and in ensuring guests satisfaction by providing efficient, professional and friendly service according to hotel standards and policies.



  1. Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or equivalent experience in a hotel setting preferred.
  2. Previous experience with hotel property management system.
  3. Previous experience in training and coaching preferred.
  4. Previous experience in a direct supervisory role required.
  5. Advanced knowledge of PC operation required.
  6. Ability to work in and manage a team environment.
  7. Ability to assimilate information, data, etc. from various sources.
  8. Must have passion and desire to meet and exceed exceptionally high standards and be efficient in handling problems in workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving challenges as necessary.
  9. Be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by co-workers/associates/guests.
