Job Title:   Guest Service Agent Reservations/PBX
Part Time
Hotel Operations

Responsible for helping guests in all aspects of reservation and general information.  Responsible of answering incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.  Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel and verifying accounts.  Responsible for completing various reports.  Other job related duties as assigned.

 Prior Hotel property management system experience; minimum one year telemarketing or call center experience; Experience with multi-phone and comuterized reservations systems preferred.  Excellent communication skills.  Ability to operate Front Desk System, 10 key adding machine and type 45 wpm.  Full knowledge of Microsoft windows.  Ability to perform basic math.
