Monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations of Serrano.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain the day-to-day supervision of the Serrano by supervising and coordinating the activities of food service personnel engaged in the preparation and serving of meals.
Prepare work schedules and assign personnel to meet production plans, and evaluate work performance of employees.
Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.
Inspect kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
Fill out all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
Responsible for hiring, disciplining, developing “front of the house” staff.
Supervisory authority over Serrano (FOH).
