Responsible for beverage and cocktails served to guests at the bar.Make drinks for cocktail servers and interact with guests, delivering the utmost in customer service.
Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for cocktail servers.
Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests on the Resort floor.
Draw beer from tap or pour from bottles.
Ensure everyone consuming alcoholic beverages is over the age of 21.
Conduct inventory control on a daily and weekly basis of stock in the bar area, advising management of
requirements for ordering.
Accept and process payment for drinks and service from guests and cocktail servers.
Clean glasses, counter, bar equipment, ensuring that area is maintained at a high level of cleanliness and
Deliver the highest level of customer service.
Excellent verbal skills.Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff.Knowledge of all phases of beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity of all beverage services
.Must possess a high regard for customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. 2-3 years beverage experience in a high-volume bar.Experience in customer service.
Requires Food Workers Certificate prior to first day worked.
