Hotel Guest Services
Greet all guests upon their arrival at the Hotel Front Desk, efficiently check them in to the hotel and offer any assistance possible.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly greet guests upon their arrival.
Acknowledge guest by name.
Efficiently check guest into and out of hotel.
When checking in, issue room key & escort instructions to Bell Attendant.
Provide 4-Diamond guest service to all that you come in contact with.
Answer all telephone calls within 3 rings and cordially handle the callers needs.
Compute bill, collects payment & makes necessary changes for guests.
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, shopping, dining, entertainment & travel.
Excellent communication skills both in person as well as on the telephone.Computer skills, excellent verbal and written skills.Required to act as a sales representative.
Need to have worked in California, in Hotel Room Sales.
Skilled in LMS preferred, but not required.Computer savvy, ability to operate 10-key adding machine. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information.Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff.Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics.Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 - 2 years hotel/resort experience.
High School diploma or GED required
