Manage Cielo Fine Dining Restaurant operations (in conjunction with and in the absence of the Manager).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible daily operations of the Cielo Fine Dining Restaurant.
Supervise activities of all food/beverage service personnel in the Restaurant.
Prepare work schedules and assign personnel to meet production plans, and evaluate work performance of employees.
Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.
Inspect kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
Fill out all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
Responsible for hiring, disciplining and developing the “front of the house” staff.
Supervisory authority over all front-of-the-house Team Members.
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Ability to develop and maintain a pleasant and effective working relationship with staff and guests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in a F&B establishment, preferably in a fine dining restaurant environment.
Must have unexpired Food Workers Certificate prior to your first day worked.
