JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting Captain in setting up banquets & conventions to the specifications of the Banquet Event Order (BEO).  
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set chairs & tables up to BEO specifications.
  • Arrange all table displays, china, glassware.
  • Responsible for “tearing down” set up.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal skills. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff. Must possess a high regard for customer service. 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. Prior banquet/convention set up experience strongly preferred.

Must have unexpired Food Workers Certificate prior to your first day worked.
