BANQUET SET-UP - HOUSEPERSON
Food & Beverage
Responsible for assisting Captain in setting up banquets & conventions to the specifications of the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set chairs & tables up to BEO specifications.
Arrange all table displays, china, glassware.
Responsible for “tearing down” set up.
Excellent verbal skills.
Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff. Must possess a high regard for customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. Prior banquet/convention set up experience strongly preferred.
Must have unexpired Food Workers Certificate prior to your first day worked.
