SLOT SERVICE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

The Assistant Slot Service Director is responsible for the overall admiration of the slot service operations. Responsible for operations service standards, policies and procedures to maximize the department’s guest service. Duties will also include championing initiatives to streamline day to day operations while monitoring for trends and maximizing team member performance. The Assistant Slot Service Director is responsible to promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The Assistant Slot Service Director will also oversee the Bingo Operations and related service needs. Other duties will include the monthly progressive liability spreadsheets, and oversee the Slot Dispatch System.
Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve any guest needs, ensure guest service is being delivered to Morongo Casino’s Standards.
Formulate and administer policies and activities that align our service goals with procedures.
Interviewing, hiring, training and directing work in accordance with all applicable companies’ policies. Perform employee appraisals, address coaching deficiency and reward team members when warranted.
Work with Slot Director to review achievements, develop goals and objectives for the department.
Implement and monitor Slot Service and Compliance training for all front line team members.
Maintain and updated working knowledge of the company’s internal controls, policies and practices.
Review service standards and ensure that quality control checks are performed on a daily basis.
Manage scheduling, reviews and training calendars for the Manager on Duty (MODs) program.
Maintain an open dialogue with co-workers and subordinates; make sure that information for the company and department is distributed to employees on a regular basis.
Supervisory Responsibility & Reporting Structure
The Assistant Slot Service Director must lead by example, providing a positive role model for other employees to immolate. Must train employees to follow policy and procedures in compliance with Morongo training standards. Responsible for giving great guest service, resolving guest needs (disputes), managing company resources to ensure timely service and marinating a safe work environment. This position will report to the Executive Director of Operations.
To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility listed within the job description. The requirements listed below are the knowledge and job skills required for the position.
The Assistant Slot Service Director must have knowledge of slot machines, ACSC slot accounting system, and the ability to navigate menus and produce reports on the slot personnel to carry out their responsibilities. Must possess strong organizational leadership and communication skills. Must possess strong business ethics and adhere to strong employee and guest service relations.
