Oversees a staff of 18-30 employees daily. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies. Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, reward and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning products. Must possess and display a working knowledge of OSHA standards. Must be competent with various PC based software programs. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff. Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics. Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma. Minimum two years experience in supervisory housekeeping. Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform in fast paced and goal oriented environment.
