The Bingo Manager is responsible for all aspects of Morongo’s Bingo Operations. This includes, but is not limited to; delivering above and beyond our minimum requirements for Bingo’s Guest Service satisfaction; possess the financial acumen to manage the Bingo budget and think strategically and keep up on the latest technology, ensuring Morongo Bingo continues to lead way for Indian Gaming Bingo.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs Staff (Asst. Manager, Supervisor, Caller, Print Room Attendant, Bingo Attendants and Bingo Cashiers) on the following:
Maintain an acceptable level of Bingo supplies on hand for business needs.
Maintain all Bingo Equipment to the minimum requirements of the maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensure adherence to casino & personnel policies along with Bingo ordinance.
Maintain the Bingo work schedule, insuring appropriate number of staff members are scheduled for peak and non-peak times.
Personnel Selection and Development; interviewing & hiring for open positions; ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully with the assistance of available training on-site, mentoring; recognition & performance reviews, discipline & separations.
Marketing the Morongo Bingo Operations by providing assistance to the Executive Director of Marketing, Graphics Department and Web Content person.
Overall responsibility of the day-to-day Morongo Bingo Operations, including the number & style of the games along with jackpot payout amounts.
Works closely with the staff and management of Food & Beverage to ensure Bingo’s guests receive their requests timely and accurately.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly operating budget information.

Must have a thorough knowledge of bingo operations, demonstrated supervisory skills and effective communication skills. Knowledge in marketing and advertising. Ability to build a team-oriented department focused on customer service. Team leader and innovator relating to marketing concepts. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all gaming and personnel matters. Must be competent with various PC based software programs. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff. Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics. Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College education desirable, but high school diploma or GED is required. Prior management experience with the ability to delegate authority is required. Six to eight years experience in bingo operations required. Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast paced and goal oriented environment.
