CAPTAIN - BANQUET
$9.00/HR + % Service Commission

Responsible for ensuring that Banquet employees at events deliver service to the specifications of the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure that events meet BEO requirements.
Provide excellence in customer service, and ensure that Banquet staff is providing such service.
Communicate with event coordinators to meet any customer needs.
Serve & bus tables if necessary.
Supervisory authority over servers/bussers at planned event.
Excellent verbal skills. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff. Must possess a high regard for customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. 1 to 2 years prior hotel, banquet or convention experience in a lead or supervisory role.
