Food & Beverage
Responsible for delivering food and beverage items to guests attending Banquet functions at Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa. Provide quality guest service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for proper serving techniques and customer service satisfaction.
Deliver fine-dining experience to guests.
Keeps work station area well stocked, clean and prepared for shifts.
Must lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds (Oval tray full of banquet dishes, etc.)
Excellent verbal skills. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff. Must possess a high regard for customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. 1 – 2 years food-serving experience in banquet and/or fine-dining.
