JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring that Banquet employees at events deliver service to the specifications of the Banquet Event Order (BEO).  
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Ensure that events meet BEO requirements.
  • Provide excellence in customer service, and ensure that Banquet staff is providing such service.
  • Communicate with event coordinators to meet any customer needs. 
  • Serve & bus tables if necessary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory authority over servers/bussers at planned event.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal skills.  Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff.  Must possess a high regard for customer service. 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED. 1 to 2 years prior hotel, banquet or convention experience in a lead or supervisory role.
