Position Summary:

This position is responsible for deep cleaning of the service bar areas, including drains and walls in accordance with established department policies and procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Performs deep cleaning of service bar areas, including drains and walls
Collects and redistributes glassware in a timely, organized fashion
Retrieves requisitions ensuring proper documentation and bottle returns for requisitions and transfers

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains glassware par levels
Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware
Receives, fills and delivers stock orders and requisitions
Maintains cleanliness of “outlet” rooms (bussing tables, bar area, etc.)

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of deep cleaning and power washing techniques
Basic knowledge and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) facts about applicable chemicals
Good knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures
Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines

Training Requirements:

Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines
SMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

	Selecting more than one choice in a list box
	To select multiple choices in a drop down box, hold down the CTRL ("Control") key while clicking the options with the mouse. Use the SHIFT key if you're using a Macintosh.

	Printing your resume
	When you are reviewing your resume, click into that frame. From your browser's menu, select 'File' and 'Print - only selected frame.'

	Changing your username and password
	You will not be able to change your username or password. If you lose your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" button next to the password box on the login page. If you have forgotten your username, you will need to register again.

	How your Job Spy work
