Inventory Control Clerk (FT)

It is the primary responsibility of the Inventory Control Clerk to process daily the inventory and receiving paperwork, assist in inventory counts and other job related duties as required.
Create, maintain and update accurate records of inventory & receiving transactions.
Complete data entry in Stratton Warren of all inventory related transactions.
Assist in period counts of food, beverage and supply inventories in accordance with department procedures.
Update inventory and purchasing system of orders received.
Scan paperwork into the IP system as part of the AP workflow.
Work with Receiving and Warehouse staff to insure accurate records.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
Have background in computer and data entry - AS400 a plus.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidential information.
Intermediate math skills are necessary.
Have the necessary problem solving skills to correct data entry errors.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Knowledge of Outlook Office or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous Stratton Warren experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
