JOB DESCRIPTION:
It is the primary responsibility of the Inventory Control Clerk to process daily the inventory and receiving paperwork, assist in inventory counts and other job related duties as required.
  • Create, maintain and update accurate records of inventory & receiving transactions.
  • Complete data entry in Stratton Warren of all inventory related transactions.
  • Assist in period counts of food, beverage and supply inventories in accordance with department procedures.
  • Update inventory and purchasing system of orders received.
  • Scan paperwork into the IP system as part of the AP workflow.
  • Work with Receiving and Warehouse staff to insure accurate records.
  • Perform all other job related duties as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
  • Have background in computer and data entry - AS400 a plus.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Intermediate math skills are necessary.
  • Have the necessary problem solving skills to correct data entry errors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working Knowledge of Outlook Office or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
  • Previous Stratton Warren experience.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
