Processes new marker privilege applications.
Obtains bank account ratings for casino guests.
Records and inputs/updates casino guest's information into the Casino System.
Answers telephone inquiries regarding guest accounts.
Verifies official checks, cashier's checks, payroll, business and personal checks.
Processes daily reports.
Assists guests with Safety Deposit Boxes.
Assists Casino Hosts.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Have excellent organizational and telephone skills.
Excellent customer services skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contracts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to enter and extract information using the computer; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
