Performs cashiering transactions.
Coordinates customer orders while asking the necessary information and knowledge about each menu item.
Operates all necessary equipment within the establishment.
Interacts with guests and deliver high quality guest service.
Helps ensure cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Adheres to established health codes.
Practices and observes all safety duties and regulations.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
At least 1 year previous experience in a high volume food establishment (snack bar or sandwich shop preferred).
Previous cash handling experience and basic food handling experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a public contact position.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
