DIRECTOR FACILITY OPERATIONS-ARENA
Representative - Ticket office
18 and over
Sells and processes ticket orders for shows/events utilizing prompt and courteous service to guests.
Provides answers to guest questions, and furnishes detailed information regarding facilities and services.
Assists guests with modification/cancellation requests to ticket orders.
Balances cash and ticket sales transactions.
Resolves guest complaints within the scope of authority, otherwise referring the guest to a Ticketing Supervisor for assistance.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
At least 6 months cash handling experience or customer service experience preferably in ticketing.
Manual dexterity to access the computer via computer keyboard.
Ability to remain standing before a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
Ability to work indoors in a fast-paced, busy environment, with environmental conditions such as CRT fatigue, noise, dust, and smoke.
Incumbents must have the ability to bend, stretch, reach, and kneel.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
