JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Sells and processes ticket orders for shows/events utilizing prompt and courteous service to guests.
  • Provides answers to guest questions, and furnishes detailed information regarding facilities and services.
  • Assists guests with modification/cancellation requests to ticket orders.
  • Balances cash and ticket sales transactions.
  • Resolves guest complaints within the scope of authority, otherwise referring the guest to a Ticketing Supervisor for assistance.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • At least 6 months cash handling experience or customer service experience preferably in ticketing.
  • Manual dexterity to access the computer via computer keyboard.
  • Ability to remain standing before a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work indoors in a fast-paced, busy environment, with environmental conditions such as CRT fatigue, noise, dust, and smoke.
  • Incumbents must have the ability to bend, stretch, reach, and kneel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
