DIRECTOR FACILITY OPERATIONS-ARENA
Representative – Ticket Office

Sells and processes ticket orders for shows/events utilizing prompt and courteous service to guests.
Provides answers to guest questions, and furnishes detailed information regarding the Property’s facilities and services.
Assists guests with modification/cancellation requests to ticket orders.
Balances cash and ticket sales transactions.
Resolves guest complaints within the scope of authority, otherwise referring the guest to a Ticketing Supervisor for assistance.
Notifies supervisors and/or security of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items or alleged thefts.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. .
At least 6 months cash handling experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
