Provides the highest level of guest service that exceeds guest expectations.
Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensures guest safety while in the pool or on the pool deck by monitoring the pool area at all times
Responds to all situations safely and promptly.
Ensures that all pool guests are hotel guest.
Cleans pool deck area of cups, trash and towels regularly.
Cleans tiles inside swimming pool and Jacuzzis as directed by supervisor.
Ensures that area is stocked with towels and supplies.
Reports all guest and employee situations to Supervisor immediately.
Opens and/or closes the pool area appropriately.
Informs management of needed supplies or equipment related issues.
Follows all service standards and department policies and procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
Previous experience in a pool setting.
High School diploma or equivalent.
