  • Work with business requirements analysts to identify and understand source data systems.
  • Implement and test extraction, transformation and load processes.
  • Maintain schedules for extraction and load processes.
  • Implement mapping and transformation programs.
  • Provide 24 x 7 support for systems, applications and tools as required.
  • Create support documentation.
  • Provide database specific information to aid in query development and troubleshooting.
  • Work with vendor and facilitate knowledge transfers.
  • Work with users to understand reporting and analytic requirements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Create robust and expandable frameworks to support changing business requirements.
  • Support system and application software upgrades as required.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.



  • At least 4 years experience as an analyst.
  • Previous business experience working with business leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving and Meta data skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.     
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current experience with one or more of the following: Relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle; Reporting and analytic tools such as Cognos, Spotfire, SAP Business Objects; Change Data Capture tools such as Oracle Golden Gate, Informatica; Teradata Database concepts; SQL query language; Query optimization; Data sourcing; Data mapping.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Teradata SQL and Teradata load utilities.
  • Experience with DB2 and Tandem.
  • Certification in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Teradata.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
