Ensures all proper procedures are being followed.
Operates POS system.
Handles money and credit transactions.
Notifies manager on duty of any guest’s concerns.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
At least 1 year Food & Beverage Cashier or equivalent experience in a cash handling position.
Have working knowledge of a Point of Sales (POS) system including handling all monetary/credit transactions; including working knowledge of computerized cash registers.
Previous experience in a high volume food outlet.
General understanding of food and beverage operations and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high-paced and stressful environment.
Excellent customer services skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Communicate effectively in English both in oral and written form.
Experience with touch screens.
At least 2 years of college; preferably with an Associate’s Degree.
Second language skills.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
