Provide excellent service consistent with the property’s core service standards and brand attributes.
Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.
General cleaning and service approximately 13 rooms per day as assigned, including bed and bathrooms for each.
Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
Support and follow company policies, legal requirements, and guidelines of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Contribute to a good work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, mutual respect, employee satisfaction.
Properly utilize performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies, legal requirements as well as be knowledgeable of all duties and adhere to policies and procedures regarding safety, health and welfare of the guest and the property.
Ensure projects are effectively implemented and meets department standards.
Support the room inspection program designed for Guest Room Attendants, Floor Supervisors, Executive Housekeepers and Assistant Executive Housekeepers.
Responsible for all aspects of the room assignment: keys, cleaning chemicals, linens, documentation, and complete daily worksheets accurately as required.
Responsible for the quality of our guest experience.
Follow the guidelines for rejecting linen and terry consistent with the department program.
Use supplies responsibly, not wasting products or throwing away unused portions of cleaning products by participating in sustainability and recycling programs.
Conduct proper Room Check to determine the status of the rooms and notify the supervisor of the status.
All rooms are provided with turndown service nightly, to further enhance the guest experience.
Execute all requests made by VIP Services, Executives, etc.
Support Human Resources responsibilities which include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.

Other related duties as necessary.
At least 6 months previous professional Housekeeping experience as a guestroom attendant or in a similar resort environment.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals, including a working knowledge of safety and OSHA regulatory guidelines.
Ability to prioritize and have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Well-developed interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
Excellent customer service skills.
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
Work varied shifts; including weekends and holidays.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
Familiarity with Green Initiatives and/or LEED programs.
Gaming hospitality experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
