Hotel Front Desk/Concierge/VIP
18 and over
Assists with operations functions within the department.
Greets guests in a courteous and caring manner.
Transports luggage and escorts guests to and from their assigned rooms, and other areas of the hotel.
Delivers sundry items, packages, flowers, etc. to guest's rooms. Assists loading and unloading of baggage from guest vehicles and stores luggage.
Provides guests with current information about all hotel, casino, shows, restaurants, etc.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous Front Services experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
