Administer safety and regulatory compliance training programs.
Create and maintain accurate compliance training requirement and training completion reports.
Track completions, improve training participation and evaluate program effectiveness.
Meet the established goals for course completion and timeliness.
Maintain updated regulatory compliance and safety training materials and ensure materials are utilized effectively by division trainers and management.
Work with various software applications including the MGM Resorts International Learning Management System to maintain training tracking, improve training participation, evaluate program effectiveness and launch online learning programs.
Produce and communicate division-specific training tracking reports.
Complete additional projects as needed and appropriate.
Other job related duties as requested.
At least 6 months of administrative experience.
At least 1 year of guest service experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and environment, maintaining a proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management and employees.
Ability to demonstrate independence in work-related projects.
Strong project management skills and decision-making while managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience training regulatory compliance programs such as Title 31 and Title 26 as well as safety programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Education or related field.
Proficiency or fluency in another language.
Working knowledge of Mac and Apple applications.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
