  • Maintain ideal playing conditions by proper troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all systems that are controlled by the Midway.
  • Replaces and moves machines as needed. Works with the labor department to see that all major moves are safely executed.
  • Maintains cleanliness of all systems that are controlled by the Midway.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed for all systems that are controlled by the Midway
  • Maintains a daily maintenance log.
  • Maintains all inventories for systems parts, and works with management of the Midway to ensure all needed parts are communicated and ordered.
  • Must be willing to comply with all Hotel and Department cash handling procedures.
  • Contact Security and / or Surveillance when necessary
  • Report all safety hazards
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.



  • At least 3 to 5 years of previous related work experience within the amusement technical field or like field.
  • Have a willingness to work a varied schedule, including but not limited to: long hours, nights, weekends, special events and holidays
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, busy and somewhat stressful environment, maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Have normal vision range and absence of color blindness and ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. 


  • Poses the ability to format spreadsheets and create formulas as needed for scheduling, inventory tracking, and system analysis.
  • Previous experience with log entry and maintenance and inventory control.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
