Maintain ideal playing conditions by proper troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all systems that are controlled by the Midway.
Replaces and moves machines as needed. Works with the labor department to see that all major moves are safely executed.
Maintains cleanliness of all systems that are controlled by the Midway.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed for all systems that are controlled by the Midway
Maintains a daily maintenance log.
Maintains all inventories for systems parts, and works with management of the Midway to ensure all needed parts are communicated and ordered.
Must be willing to comply with all Hotel and Department cash handling procedures.
Contact Security and / or Surveillance when necessary
Report all safety hazards
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
At least 3 to 5 years of previous related work experience within the amusement technical field or like field.
Have a willingness to work a varied schedule, including but not limited to: long hours, nights, weekends, special events and holidays
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, busy and somewhat stressful environment, maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Have normal vision range and absence of color blindness and ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Poses the ability to format spreadsheets and create formulas as needed for scheduling, inventory tracking, and system analysis.
Previous experience with log entry and maintenance and inventory control.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
