<ul> <li> Set and reset tables before, during and after service periods.</li> <li> Pour water, serve bread, replace condiments and some side-items as necessary.</li> <li> Stack and stock side stations, with dry goods, extra-china settings and silverware.</li> <li> Anticipate the guests&rsquo; needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.</li> <li> Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.</li> <li> Buff/polish glass and silverware where necessary.</li> <li> Set up and break down side stations before and after service.</li> <li> Pre-bus and bus tables during service period.</li> <li> Maintain general cleanliness in dining room during service periods.</li> <li> Load/unload linens when necessary.</li> <li> Bid farewell to guests, using the guest&rsquo;s name when known, and encourage them to return.</li> <li> Work as a team, assist with all guests&rsquo; and employees&rsquo; needs and inquiries.</li> <li> Effectively communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.</li> <li> Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and department.</li> <li> Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards.</li> <li> Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.</li> <li> Maintain complete knowledge of guest room numbers/names and locations, hours of operation and proper table/tray set ups.</li> <li> Replenish wares in side stations throughout shift.</li> <li> Complete closing duties as assigned.</li> <li> Performs other job related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>

<p> <strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li> At least&nbsp;3 years of experience as a Busperson in a similar gourmet service environment.</li> <li> Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures.</li> <li> Ability to use standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators/coolers, slicers, bread knives, beverage machines.</li> <li> Positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic and willing to learn.</li> <li> Ability to follow directions and make quick decisions while keeping organized under pressure.</li> <li> Excellent customer service skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li> Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.</li> <li> Professional appearance and demeanor.</li> <li> Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li> <li> High School diploma or equivalent.</li> <li> Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.</li> </ul>
