Maintains departmental standards and current knowledge of MGM Resorts International.
Formulates, prepares and communicates yield management data for executive review, offering recommendations for revenue maximization when feasible.
Assists in development and daily preparation of all managerial reports used for tracking and analysis.
Maintains rates, and content, on all distribution channels to ensure accuracy.
Ensures maximum exposure, inventory availability, and rate and revenue opportunities are consistently maintained and monitored.
Prepares and distributes various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with established practices and procedures.
Assists in maintaining corporate share-points where all reports and documents may be stored for property distribution.
Accurately maintains rate, availability, bookings and content information for all channels.
Develops and provides daily maintenance of all promos, including but not limited to the promotional pages on property websites, and rate calendars.
Assists with management of block utilization for all market segments in order to maximize revenue.
Reviews group and convention block and pick-up activity ensuring all revenue opportunities and procedural guidelines are met.
Assists in developing and maintaining checks and balances for the department.
Maintains functionality, content, marketing promotions on all property websites.
Prepares various managerial reports for executive review.
Closely monitors inventory availability for all market segments and advises the Manager of Channel Distribution Core Properties of potential revenue opportunities.
Monitors functionality of systems and interfaces, maintains communications with IS staff for development and enhancement of systems.
Accurately maintains suite inventory allocations in accordance with pre-established guidelines and needs of the Casino and Hotel Operations departments.
Closely monitors available inventory and advises management of potential revenue opportunities, and recommended allocation changes, as needed.
Assists in development, daily preparation, and communication of all managerial reports used for tracking, analysis, and monitoring of suite inventory.
Assists in monitoring all channels of distribution to maintain pre-established suite inventory allocations and controls.
Assists in the preparation of pre-forecast documentation required for executive review.
Maintains all communication tools used to advise staff of inventory availability, on a timely basis.
Assists in maximizing suite and penthouse inventory for the purpose of up sells.
Assists in yield process of suites with analytical reports and recommendations.
Assists in development and modification of reporting strategies to maximize opportunities for consolidation and streamlining of core properties.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
At least 2 years previous work experience in Hotel Operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Finance.
Accurately type 45 wpm.
Working knowledge of any data querying software (i.e. Cognos, Showcase, Lasata, etc.) and 10-key.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
