  • Delivers food to Grand Pool area. Receives food and places hot food into warmers and cold food and salads into reachins.
  • Keeps warmers/refrigerators clean throughout the shift.
  • Fills salad bar with ice to proper levels and ensures that plates are sufficiently stocked.
  • Handles food in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
  • Rotates food as needed. Stirs vegetables frequently to avoid dryness and cold on top. Makes all food appear fresh. Stirs soups and sauces frequently to avoid film buildup.
  • Assists cook and cook helpers as needed.
  • Performs other job related duties as requested.

  • At least 6 months in a high volume kitchen environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high paced and stressful environment and work under pressure.
  • Possess the ability to access all areas of the restaurant, withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying items.
  • Work in close quarters or small rooms and is occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet and/or humid condition and work environmental factors include noise, dust, and smoke.  
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. 
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
