JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
  • Work with the Executive Director, Food and Beverage, Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager and all Outlets.
  • Maintain department files, complete office reports, and Data Processing.
  • Complete all Inventory Control Functions in Stratton Warren.
  • Conduct cycle counts.
  • Secure and control the keys.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Notify Manager and/or Security of all unusual events or circumstances, missing items, alleged thefts, and safety hazards.    
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • At least 2 years previous inventory control and/or related experience.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Strong organizational and judgment skills with the ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems such as Stratton Warren.
  • Previous experience working in similar resort setting.
