Guide guests/visitors by giving directions and service in during special events, as instructed.
Serve as ambassadors of the property by being the first point of guest contact.
Engage in appropriate conversation and assist with any luggage or other guest needs.
Give accurate directions to guests/visitors when necessary.
Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if bell assistance is needed.
Maintain a positive attitude in extreme weather conditions of cold or very hot temperatures.
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
At least 1 year of guest service experience.
Personable and comfortable engaging guests in polite conversation.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
