Assist the HR Operations Manager in the daily operations of the HR Operations/HR Transactions Department.
Audit scanned documents to ensure accuracy of employee files and documentation.
Performs various system testing that are IT driven as it relates to the imaging systems.
Inputs new hires, rehires, reinstates, licensing, I-9 information, and other information or data into AS400/Infinium system.
Inputs the licensure requirements for new hires, reinstates, position changes and transfer PANs into AS400 system.
Verifies and submits Gaming Registration through the Gaming Control website.
Audits information input into AS400 to ensure the integrity of the system as well as audits scanned documents within IDM Viewer.
Perform system data clean-ups i.e. Address changes, I-9s, professional licensing, etc.
Other job related duties as requested.
At least 1 year administrative or clerical experience.
At least 6 months practical experience working in Human Resources.
Intermediate knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet FileNet, AS/400 Infinium, HRLogix Applicant Tracking System.
Experience in operating office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, etc.
Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.
Ability to multi-task,work independently, to make decisions.
Maintain accuracy and attention detail.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Excellent computer and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
