JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Assist the HR Operations Manager in the daily operations of the HR Operations/HR Transactions Department.  
  • Audit scanned documents to ensure accuracy of employee files and documentation.
  • Performs various system testing that are IT driven as it relates to the imaging systems.
  • Inputs new hires, rehires, reinstates, licensing, I-9 information, and other information or data into AS400/Infinium system.
  • Inputs the licensure requirements for new hires, reinstates, position changes and transfer PANs into AS400 system.
  • Verifies and submits Gaming Registration through the Gaming Control website.
  • Audits information input into AS400 to ensure the integrity of the system as well as audits scanned documents within IDM Viewer.
  • Perform system data clean-ups i.e. Address changes, I-9s, professional licensing, etc.
  • Other job related duties as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Required:

  • At least 1 year administrative or clerical experience.
  • At least 6 months practical experience working in Human Resources.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet FileNet, AS/400 Infinium, HRLogix Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience in operating office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, etc.
  • Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.
  • Ability to multi-task,work independently, to make decisions.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention detail.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. 

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
