Attendant - Starbucks
Food & Beverage - Beverage/Bartending/Cocktails

Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery of all items on the menu as well as prepare and serve food & beverage items to guest as necessary.
Expedite the order in an accurate and timely manner and having the ability to recognize .quality of the product while adhering to all Starbucks and Company standards.
Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency before leaving the counter.
Take and input orders into POS system, receive payment and make proper change, complete required transactions, and categorize tendered receipts by media type.
Maintain the cleanliness and the appearance of the front and dining area.
Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and making them feel welcome; address the guest by their name if know or by “sir” or “ma’am”.
Ask guest for additional needs and complying with any special requests.
Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing proper procedures standardized by department.
Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment.
Communicate well in professional manner with the kitchen staff about food orders.
Pack the orders as per guests’ preference and complete the order with any necessary condiments.
Bid farewell to guests, using guest’s name when known, and encourage them to return.
Must adhere to Starbucks Standards and Company Standards.
Perform all opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
Refill ice coolers, reach-in beverage coolers, reach-in pantry coolers and condiment drawer.
Refill pastry and food cases and maintain its cleanliness.
Stock the front line with supplies necessary for service.
Clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.
Maintain the cleanliness of the back area and all the storage areas.
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations.
Maintain a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return to the outlet.
Follow the Department standard in opening and closing the restaurant.
Follow the Department policy on cash handling.
Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization.
Effectively communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.
Inspect the food coming from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.
Properly label and date all products for safe keeping and sanitation.
Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries.
Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and department.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Other related duties as necessary.
At least 1 year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment.
At least 1 year of guest service- related experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high paced and stressful environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
Working knowledge of different types of tendering guest checks and register functions
Knowledge of all beverage product, menu items and equipment used to perform these duties and ability to speak confidently and properly to serve such items.
Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
Ability to use standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators/coolers, slicers, beverage machines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
