JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Analyzes business volume forecasts against predetermined staffing efficiency metrics from the Virtual Roster Scheduling System; determines appropriate ideal staffing levels based on business demands, taking into consideration trends and events, as well as current and past performance for all F&B departments; reviews, evaluates and approves the outcome of weekly schedules generated from Virtual Roster.
  • Confers with all F&B department/outlet managers on the weekly performance with regard to workforce analytics and the accuracy of employee information in the Virtual Roster system.
  • Compiles, prepares, evaluates, and distributes department reports including, but not limited to, labor efficiency analysis, scheduler exception/override , overtime exception, licensing, forecast versus actual performance; conducts staffing, payroll and labor efficiency analysis for all F&B departments/outlets and makes staffing and process recommendations based on analysis.
  • Works with Compensation with regards to various administrative processes, including but not limited to, PRF replacement, oversight and administration of CTS, Compensation Committee agenda items and provides supporting analysis.
  • Oversees compliance reporting related to staffing, payroll and labor efficiency.
  • Other job related duties as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and/or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and follow-up with tasks associated with projects and events.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to include deductive and inductive reasoning.
  • Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems.
  • Strong judgment and decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Culinary Bargaining Agreements.
  • Working knowledge of employee scheduling and financial labor analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Virtual Roster Scheduling System and other relevant software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
 Preferred:
  • Food & Beverage experience.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
