  • Serves as public relations representatives for Monte Carlo and HOTEL32. Exhibits a professional demeanor and willingness to assist all Monte Carlo guests and/or management, whenever requested.
  • Processes all reservations and requests from Monte Carlo guests, Casino Hosts and Executives including health spa, golf, restaurant, and travel reservations.
  • Responds promptly and discreetly to guest inquiries and provides information for all events, promotions, general information, and directions regarding casino, hotel, and local metropolitan area.
  • Coordinates guest itineraries prior to guest arrival upon requests received via phone, fax and email.
  • Maintains knowledge of all restaurant, spa and entertainment information including menu items and hours of operation to best serve the guests of Monte Carlo.
  • Provides guests with an orientation to familiarize with the Monte Carlo and all services and facilities available.
  • Always engages and interacts with guests professionally, presenting a friendly demeanor and a willingness to serve.
  • Communicates guest service enhancement and loyalty building opportunities to Managers.
  • Strictly enforces the privacy and confidentiality of Monte Carlo guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Ensures guests’ preferences are met and amenities provided.
  • Coordinates delivery of requested amenities, floral orders and other specially requested items with the bell desk, room service and other respective departments.
  • Completes the shift checklist on a daily basis as delegated and assigned by the Concierge Management team.
  • Ensures charges, credits and complimentary items are posted to folios.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

  • Equivalent work experience in Concierge Services, Front Desk, Retail Sales, Casino Marketing or VIP Services.
  • Strong decision making ability.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Must have basic math skills and the ability to operate office equipment, (i.e., Fax machines, copiers, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel) and POS system.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field from an accredited university or a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury or similar resort.
