JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Coordinates all Slot Events and promotions, including paperwork, guest lists, locations, etc.
  • Prepares reports, budgets, performances, etc. as directed.
  • Monitors future casino arrivals for events, promotions, etc.
  • Communicates with support departments providing pertinent information
  • Assists in the pre-planning of events and promotions, etc.
  • Required to be present during all slot tournaments and special events and to lend assistance wherever needed.
  • Assists event and promotion participants with reservations, resolve conflicts and address concerns.
  • Assists slot players with reservations; resolve conflicts, address concerns and evaluation play for complimentary consideration.
  • Composes correspondence and responds to guest feedback as directed.
  • Performs special assignments as needed.
  • Performs other job related duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Minimum one ( 1) year of guest service experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. 

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in the Slot Marketing department.
  • Bi-lingual.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
