GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently complete all steps of service. Maintain a friendly and professional environment when dealing with customers and peers. Perform any other duties as directed by management.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Greet guests at their tables, keeping them comfortable. Provide efficient service by guiding guests through menus, suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts; bringing food and drinks to tables, and pre-bussing in a timely manner; act as guests cashier processing credit cards and/or making change; communicate with supervisors and peers.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with peers; food and wine knowledge. Must be at least 18 years old. Oklahoma liquor license required.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion. Heavy Work: Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently, 35 lbs occasionally. Work Environment: Occasional exposure to cold, heat, water.
