GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Primary responsibility is to provide valet parking and front door services for guests. Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service. Perform any other duties as directed by management.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Park guest vehicles in specified area in a safe and efficient manner; retrieve customer vehicles from specified area in a safe and efficient manner; provide travel directions and information to customers; promote courteous treatment of customers; greet arriving and departing guests; open guests vehicles doors; communicate with supervisors and peers; maintain watch over vehicles and report any suspicious behavior; any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with peers; must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver license. Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, running, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion. Heavy Work: Lifting up to 5 lbs frequently, 20 lbs occasionally. Work Environment: Outdoor; constant exposure to cold, heat, and water.
