Responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee benefits and benefit information.  Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable.  Must have attention to detail and be thorough in completing work tasks.  Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Administers employee benefit programs such as enrolling new employees, explaining benefit options, and open enrollment as they relate to all company benefits (medical, 401k, FSA, supplemental benefits, etc.); Assist with all 401k requests; Distribute communication materials.  Extensive contact with employees in relation to their benefits; Assist employees in the utilization of their benefits including all leaves; Assist with recruitment and maintain applicant tracking system; Process drug screens and background checks.  Conduct new hire orientation and benefit presentations; Process I-9’s and tax credit applications and update binders; Enter performance evaluation data into Paycom; Update bulletin boards, compliance postings, and employee materials; Process cellular phone, gym, and mileage reimbursement requests; Send out announcements and replenish office supplies; Maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records; Ensures human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures; Complete special projects; Back-up other human resource staff as needed.  

High school diploma with some college courses preferred; one to three years Human Resources experience and BI-lingual a plus; must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to handle confidential information; ability to present to a large group and/or to management.   Must be able to establish trusting and cooperative relationships due to the confidential nature of information. 

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally.
