The primary mission of all employees is to provide the customers, both internal and external, of Mathis Brothers with the most efficient and effective service possible. Each employee is expected to treat all customers with courtesy and respect.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The primary responsibility is to reconcile the Mathis Brothers Oklahoma City safe. Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable. Ability to forward think and work using own initiative. Have a high level of organization and time management skills. Must have attention to detail and be thorough in completing work. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips; count currency, coins, and checks received, to prepare them for deposit; identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance; prepare spiff report; put together all cash deposits for Loomis; scan all checks for electronic transfer; audit Fabric Direct, Thomasville, and Drexel safe once a week.
Ability to lift objects of 20+ lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Indoor climate controlled environment.
