What are the calls like
Some customers call to see when a product they ordered has shipped and others call with questions about a product they purchased or received. Regardless of what drives the customers to call, brand ambassadors provide service with a smile, and strengthen customer loyalty.
To help ambassadors address customer requests and solve their problems, the client provides access to a 3rd-party system where you will log into a solutions guide. This guide will be your roadmap on the calls, outlining common scenarios, the solutions you can offer to callers in each case, and how to document each call. For example, you might start by educating the caller on a policy, then offering a coupon, and only as a last resort adjusting a price. It is up to you to use your skills to position the client’s preferred solution as a satisfying answer to the caller’s concern.
You will need math skills to help you accurately calculate retail amounts like subtotals, discounts, and percentage off; and you will need to be able to accurately document the call and your calculations.
Independent agents earn money for time spent talking on the phone. With this client you can invoice $0.25 cents per minute of talk time.
Calls come in weekdays between 9 AM - 8 PM EST and Saturdays 10 AM -7 PM EST. Independent agents make their own schedule by self-scheduling to take calls in 30 minute blocks. Independent agents can self-schedule to commit to specified time blocks that work best for them.
Interested applicants should have the flexibility to self-schedule at least 120 blocks of service per month in November and December, and 80 blocks per month for the remainder of the contract period in increments as small as 30 minutes at times chosen by you.
